Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. 

This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, starter laundry soap. We stock the house with toilet paper and two rolls of paper towels. There is start-up coffee, tea, and creamer provided. The kitchen is fully stocked. We ask if you use the last of something to kindly replace it or write it down for us to get, so it is available for future guests.

Only guests on reservation are permitted on the property. Per the rules, parties or events are not allowed. City of Pinetop law states that quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

There is a Nest unit on the wall in the hallway. Please tap on the right side of the unit to turn on and slide up or down to select temperature. Please do not go below 72 or the unit will freeze.  

Our system operates on a septic tank, so it is crucial to flush ONLY toilet paper. Please do NOT flush any feminine products or "flushable" wipes. This will break the pump.  

 Remember, this is a Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping rental property. 

Please park anywhere in the driveway. Do not park on the street. You do not have access to the garage.  

No pets are permitted at any time.
